Auto SocialPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Auto Social ("we", "us") accesses when you connect a social media account, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to publish your content on your behalf.
Information we access
When you connect your TikTok account to Auto Social using TikTok Login, we access only the following, using the permissions (scopes) you approve:

We also store an access token that TikTok issues when you connect. This token lets us publish on your behalf; it is stored securely and is never shown to you or shared.
How we use your information
- To display which TikTok account you have connected.
- To publish the videos you schedule to your connected account.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Service.
We do not use your TikTok information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the features described above.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. We share information only:
- with TikTok, through its official APIs, to publish your content and identify your account;
- with infrastructure providers that host the Service, strictly to operate it on our behalf; and
- where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your connection information (account identifier, basic profile info, and access token) only for as long as your account is connected to Auto Social. When you disconnect your account — or when you request deletion — we revoke the access token and delete the associated information.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect at any time from within Auto Social or from your TikTok account settings; this revokes our access.
- Request deletion of your data by emailing us at support@customerflows.io. We will delete your stored information promptly.
- You may review TikTok's own data controls in your TikTok account settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure storage of access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children
Auto Social is not directed to children and is intended for use by adults who own or manage the accounts they connect.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
